Our History
Dean Halse is the owner and founder of Executive Mailing Services. He did his first mailing 20 years ago out of his sister’s garage. After going to the Post Office to get all the books on mailing, they hand labeled and hand inserted 5,000 flats in the middle of a cold Montana winter. A project that took more than a week then, can now be done in a matter of a day or two.

Executive Mailing Services now employs 15 people and has fully automated equipment to handle many tasks. With high-speed addressing, stamping, tabbing and inserting equipment, Executive Mailing Services can expedite small and large jobs alike. The business has steadily grown over the years from servicing mostly local customers to currently having hundreds of clients from all over the United States and Canada.

Executive Mailing Services has excellent experience when it comes to postal regulations and helping to prepare mailing projects to get the best response and best postage rates possible. Since we are a Premier postal customer, we have a great relationship with the Post Office and access to unlimited resources for answers to any questions that you may have. We believe in superior customer service and giving a personal touch so our customers get the most out of their mailings. We have an experienced staff, which ensures our confidence in the quality of work that we do.
